Traci Doane Traci Doane, President & Chief Executive Officer

Having joined the company in 1995, Traci Doane is responsible for the financial, operations and business development performance of the company.

Traci has held multiple positions in her tenure at BRG, including Senior Vice President for multiple BRG Services Divisions; Vice President of Facility Services; and Director of Operations where she performed many successful process redefinitions and technology implementations for clients in a variety of industries.

Traci received a degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, where she majored in Architecture. Additionally, Traci received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas, where she focused on Marketing and Operations.

Tim Thomas Tim Thomas, Chief Financial Officer

Having joined the company in 1998, Tim Thomas is the Chief Financial Officer for BRG. In this position, Tim is responsible for the controllership, treasury, tax, audit, planning, productivity and corporate administration functions for BRG's global operations. Tim has more than 20 years of accounting experience.

In his career, Tim has gained experience as a Treasurer and Corporate Controller. Additionally, Tim has served as a Certified Public Accountant for a regional accounting firm.

Tim holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from California State University in Hayward, California, which he received in 1984. He is also a member of the CPA Society.

Michael LevineMichael Levine, Senior Vice President

Having joined the company in 1997, Michael Levine is BRG's Senior Vice President overseeing the sales and marketing organizations. Michael leads an experienced team with the overall responsibility for revenue generation at BRG. In his role, Michael also collaborates with the BRG operations teams to help ensure consistent delivery of quality services.

Bringing an operational background, Michael's career accomplishments have included successful client business process transformations and technology deployments in a variety of industries, from healthcare and academic settings to high-tech and banking/financial institutions.

Michael received a degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.

Gerry Potter Gerry Potter, Senior Vice President

Having joined the company in 2003, Gerry Potter is a Senior Vice President responsible for overseeing BRG’s Strategic Program Account Operations Teams. Additionally, Gerry also supports the role of acting Vice President overseeing BRG’s Workplace Solutions team. In this role, he leads a seasoned team of professionals who provide ad-hoc support for BRG’s customers who require variable space planning, project coordination, asset management, or CAD/IWMS/CAFM services, further enabling BRG to consistently deliver quality services, while increasing efficiencies for our customers.

Gerry has over ten years of experience providing IWMS technology as well as facilities operations consulting and support services to many large organizations. Gerry received a degree in Business from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he majored in Facilities Management.

Stuart Bard Stuart Bard, Vice President

Stuart Bard is Vice President of Workplace Technology Solutions, overseeing BRG's technology consulting practice. Stuart leads an experienced team of consultants in providing advisory and technology implementation services to our customers.

Stuart's professional experience encompasses over 20 years in corporate and commercial real estate technology, including 14 years with international and regional consulting firms. Stuart has implemented IWMS solutions and other enterprise systems for a wide variety of Fortune 500 clients. He has also provided advisory services in technology strategy, system selection, and business process re-engineering.

Stuart has presented at many conferences about corporate real estate and real estate industry topics, and has served as a guest lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business.

Stuart received a BA degree from Oberlin College.

Marshall King Marshall King, Vice President

Having joined the company in 1996, Marshall King oversees BRG’s Business Solutions Team. In this role, Marshall provides strategic direction to accounts during the initial phases of a technology implementation or as part of a services transition. Marshall and his team of analysts work as a bridge between the customer and the BRG team, translating customer requirements into implementation timelines, transition plans and technical solutions. Marshall has personally led the transition of many of BRG’s strategic program accounts.

As part of his role, Marshall focuses on helping clients develop “Business Intelligence”. This includes metrics and benchmarks, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), data analysis and transformation and electronic billing and invoicing solutions.

Marshall has also been the Principal Solution Architect and Project Manager for many IWMS/CAFM implementations and custom software development projects.

Marshall received a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Baylor University in Waco, Texas; an M.A. degree in French from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia; and has completed all coursework toward the M.A. degree in Urban Studies from Temple University in Philadelphia. He was awarded the Presidential Scholarship from Baylor University and the Benjamin Franklin Graduate Fellowship from the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Alan Neill Alan Neill, Vice President

Having joined the company in 1995, Alan Neill is BRG's Vice President overseeing direct sales and business development. Alan is responsible for driving revenue opportunities through direct client engagements as well as key marketplace partnerships.

In his career Alan has also lead sales at a venture funded start up as well as publicly traded company in the specialized transportation sector, driving 20% year over year growth during his tenure. Alan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
